Job summary

Staples in Fremont, CA is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling and delivering total print solutions for customers. You will coach associates, drive customer engagement, and focus on quality to achieve store goals.

This role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, leveraging Salesforce to manage customer relationships, and delivering creative print options

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure efficient operations and strong results
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer total print solutions and drive dollars per transaction
• Leverage Salesforce.com to manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
