Job summary

Office Depot OfficeMax is seeking a Print Manager to oversee all print production activities, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team in a busy retail environment. You will ensure top-notch customer service, mentor associates, and coordinate print operations to meet deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires managing print equipment, training staff, and supporting store opening/closing as a Key Carrier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead print sales training and coaching of all associates.
• Train associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate Print Services equipment to ensure timely, quality orders.
• Open/close the store as Key Carrier; manage alarm and cashier processes.
