• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions and value-added print and marketing solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community
• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales & margin
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer appropriate options, and deliver total print solutions to increase sales

Essential skills and experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Experience directing a team and managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills including opening, saving, and sending electronic files, email, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
• Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
