- Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community
- Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions

- Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales & margin
- Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer appropriate options, and deliver total print solutions to increase sales
- Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customer relationships through in-store engagement and proactive outreach
Essential skills and experience:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
- Experience directing a team and managing multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills including opening, saving, and sending electronic files, email, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
- Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information
- Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
