Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals. • Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions and value-added print and marketing solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community involvement
• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions

• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence, driving profitable sales and margins

Essential skills and experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Experience supervising a team and managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills: opening, saving, sending electronic files, email, Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, cooperative manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
