Play a key role in helping your store and customers succeed.

• Greet customers and respond promptly in the Print Solutions department
• Build relationships and understand customer print needs through open-ended questions
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and recommend print solutions
• Assist customers with self-service tasks, such as using copy machines and PC rentals
• Qualify leads during consultations
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping
