Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to print needs.
2. Produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment.
3. Assist customers in a collaborative and inclusive manner within a fun, team-oriented retail culture.
4. Assist with tasks in the self-service area, including using copy machines and PC rentals.
5. Respond quickly and attentively to customers entering the Print Solutions department.
6. Build relationships and understand customer print needs through open-ended questions.

8. Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping.

Essential Skills and Experience
