Job summary

Axpo US is seeking an Operations professional to support the Director of Operations in managing OTC transactions, including confirmations, invoicing and settlement, and to liaise with Power and Gas Scheduling Teams in a fast-paced retail power environment.

You will ensure regulatory reporting for OTC activities, reconcile futures and ISO invoices, and contribute to testing and rollout of new trading system enhancements while collaborating across departments to mitigate risks and improve

Qualifications

• Experience in operations of trading and sales within commodities services, preferably energy.
• Proven ability to manage confirmations, invoicing and settlements.
• Familiarity with retail power and related commodities markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations in managing OTC transactions, including confirmation, invoicing and settlement.
• Liaise with Power and Gas Scheduling Teams.
• Ensure regulatory reporting of OTC transactions.
• Reconcile futures transactions, ISO invoices, and positions.
