Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage. You will support merchandise, fixtures and PDQs, while delivering legendary customer service and adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years of age, and reading/writing/counting proficiency. The position offers a dynamic schedule with variable shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Read, write and count accurately.
• Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, Basic computer skills, Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict, Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
