Job summary

Southeast Health in Alabama seeks a Retail Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist with dispensing prescriptions, insurance adjudication, and high quality customer service in Southeast Medicine Shop.

You will handle computer input, counting, inventory, and comply with Alabama State Board rules. A high school diploma and active Alabama technician license are required; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Pharmacy technician licensure from Alabama State Board of Pharmacy.
Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and safe dispensing of prescriptions.
Insurance adjudication and troubleshooting.
Provide high quality customer service and operate cash registers.
