Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Fort Lauderdale, FL for an immediate start on a 13-week contract to hire. The role involves high-volume data entry, PA management, and supporting dispensing workflows in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

The ideal candidate has Florida licensure, PTCB certification preferred, and familiarity with PioneerRx or willingness to learn. Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient confidentiality are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in high-volume retail pharmacy technician role.
• Licensed as a Florida Pharmacy Technician; PTCB certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn PioneerRx software; must be software savvy.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Demonstrated pharmacy intuition with an ability to anticipate and respond to workflow needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage prior authorizations (PAs) and support dispensing/filling processes
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude as a worker bee who identifies and addresses pharmacy needs autonomously
• Communicate effectively within the pharmacy team and with healthcare providers
• Uphold a high level of patient care and confidentiality within a sensitive healthcare environment
