• Interact with patients and develop strong patient relationships.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy duties.
• Process prescriptions and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Maintain operational workflow and assist in inventory management.
• Handle cash, deposits, and POS records as needed.
• Support pharmacy team and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Assist with patient assistance programs and third-party claims submission.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
