Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in development of microservices using Python, Java [spring boot].
• 5+ years of experience in containerization tools and technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap.
• Assess software engineering practices for continuous improvement.
• Manage engineering teams and build strong relationships with partners.
• Conduct technology research for long-term strategy development.

Skills

Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies

Microservices development using Python, Java [spring boot]

Containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker)

Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI

Education
