• 10+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in development of microservices using Python and Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience in containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams in implementing solutions.
• Assess software engineering practices for continuous improvement.

Skills

Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies

Microservices development using Python, Java

Containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker)

Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks

Education
