This full-time position requires extensive software development experience using Agile methodologies and microservices development.

The successful candidate will manage teams, driving improvements in operational efficiency and product quality. CVS Health offers a competitive salary range of $144,200 to $288,400 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in development of microservices using Python and Java.
• 5+ years of experience in containerization tools and technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 1+ years of experience using Agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and creation of a modernization roadmap.
• Assess software engineering practices for continuous improvement.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams in implementing solutions.
• Build relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners.
