Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in the development of microservices.
• Experience in cloud platforms and containerization tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap.
• Lead engineering teams, guiding and mentoring them.
• Build strong relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners.

Skills

Software Development experience using Agile methodologies

Development of microservices using python, java (spring boot)

Containerization tools and technologies (Kubernetes, docker)

Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Experience using Agentic AI frameworks

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
