Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City seeks a licensed Pharmacist to join the Retail and Medication Reconciliation team at the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care.

The role requires 2+ years of pharmacist experience; responsibilities include processing prescriptions, compounding, patient counseling, and coordinating with multiple MSK departments for seamless care. Full-time, on-site with varied hours.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist in NY state.
• Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Review and process take-home prescriptions in Epic Willow Ambulatory system.
• Review and process investigational orders per protocol.
• Perform non-sterile compounding per guidelines.
• Provide patient counseling and medication management.
• Complete inpatient Medication Reconciliation on admission and discharge.
• Coordinate services with MSK departments and external sites.
• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory including narcotics and investigational agents.
• Assist with research study monitor visits and pharmacy inspections.
