Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using approved marketing tools and set reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial).
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professional demeanor.
• Handle customer questions and issues with confidence.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
