Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advance math functions for credit and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to build a customer profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to an existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to refer customers.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve customer issues.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Open/serve the full range of Retail products and participate in loan processes.
• Support opening/closing of Financial Centers or Bank Marts as directed.
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
