Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Financial Analyst, Retail Performance to support the Donated Goods & Retail Division’s financial performance and strategic planning in Pittsburgh, PA. You will partner with Retail Operations, analyze store performance, and define KPIs while driving actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and support operational improvement efforts

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, highlighting trends, variances, and key drivers of performance.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Support capital planning and ROI analysis for store initiatives and investments.
• Auditing and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics; prepare hiring reports and maintain HR data trackers.
• Retail & Operational Performance Support: Analyze inventory flow and labor productivity; partner with leadership to drive action plans.
• Data Management & Systems: Extract, validate, and analyze data; build reporting tools using Excel/Power BI.
