Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years, or a Master’s with 2 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, highlighting trends, variances, and key drivers of performance.
• Identify underperforming stores and operational sites and elevate risks with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver weekly and periodic reporting to support timely decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to improve visibility into store and regional performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning for revenue, labor, and expenses.
• Maintain recruitment data trackers and assist with HR data accuracy and reporting.
