Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Financial Analyst, Retail Performance to support financial performance across the Donated Goods & Retail Division, partnering with Retail Operations to provide insights, reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for stores, donation centers, and post‑retail operations.

A primary focus is identifying underperforming stores and operational sites, surfacing performance gaps, and partnering with field leadership to develop and track improvement

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and support operational improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, highlighting trends, variances, and key drivers of performance.
• Identify underperforming stores and operational sites and accelerate risks with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver weekly and periodic “flash” reporting to support timely decision‑making in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to improve visibility into store and regional performance.
• Support capital planning and ROI analysis for store initiatives, equipment, and operational investments.
• Incorporate pilot program assumptions and performance trends into forecasts and planning models.
• Support the annual budget process for the Retail Division, including revenue, labor, and expense planning.
• Track recruitment metrics to support Talent Acquisition teams' KPIs and maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy.
