Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Financial Analyst, Retail Performance to drive financial insights across donated goods and retail operations. The role supports stores, donation centers, and post-retail activities, focusing on improving underperforming locations and scaling new programs.

The position will translate data into decisions,Standardize KPIs, and contribute to ROI analyses. It is a full-time, on-site role located at the Workforce Development Center in Pittsburgh, PA,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and support operational improvement efforts

Responsabilités

• Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, highlighting trends, variances, and key drivers of performance
• Identify underperforming stores and escalate risks with actionable recommendations
• Deliver weekly and periodic reporting to support timely decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools for visibility into store performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the Retail Division
