Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien in Manhattan Beach is seeking team members for guest-facing roles. You will provide warm, attentive service from start to finish, prepare drinks, manage to-go orders, and help maintain pastry displays while adhering to our cash handling policies.

Candidates with 1–3 months of restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) are encouraged to apply; flexible schedules and team discounts are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, Toast is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests.
• Prepare drinks for retail and dining room, including retail batches.
• Handle to-go orders and cash transactions according to policy.
• Maintain pastry and display throughout the day.
• Keep restaurant clean and organized per checklists.
