Overview

As a Store Associate, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending products, services, and solutions. You will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhance store visual and merchandising standards, and support freight and logistics activities, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will be trained in technology and print products/services to assist customers effectively, applying sales principles to contribute to business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Centric Experience:
   1. Support a positive customer experience by engaging every customer proactively.
   2. Promote the sale of solutions and additional products/services using the selling program.
   3. Be aware of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations Commitment:
   1. Maintain store and print department appearance according to guidelines.
   2. Follow signage, labeling, and merchandising standards.
   3. Sort, stock, and manage freight according to guidelines.
   4. Organize freight sorting areas.
   5. Manage inventory levels daily.
3. Print and Tech Expertise:
   1. Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.
4. Sales Techniques:
   1. Follow company policies and support loss prevention.
   2. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to access information.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write for documentation and inventory.
• Client-focused, positive, and action-oriented with a passion for the brand.
