Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You will engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales. You will actively connect with customers, recommend products and services, and help create a vibrant sales culture. Supporting store visual standards, logistics, and customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role. Training in technology and print products will equip you to assist customers effectively, using sales principles to contribute to business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience:
   1. Proactively acknowledge and engage customers.
   2. Promote sales of solutions, products, and services.
   3. Be aware of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations:
   1. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
   2. Follow signage, labeling, and stocking guidelines.
   3. Manage freight and inventory levels.
3. Print and Tech Skills:

4. Sales Techniques:

Education and Experience
