Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You will engage with customers, create a positive shopping experience, and drive sales.

As an Store Associate, you will connect with customers, recommend products, and support a vibrant sales culture. You will also maintain store standards, assist with logistics, and support community engagement, aligning with Office Depot's 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Training will be provided in technology and print products/services to ensure effective customer assistance.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience:
   1. Engage proactively with customers.
   2. Promote products and services using the selling program.
   3. Stay informed about promotions and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations:
   1. Maintain store and print department appearance.
   2. Follow signage, labeling, and merchandising standards.
   3. Manage freight and inventory levels.
3. Print and Tech Knowledge:
   1. Develop sales skills and product knowledge.
   2. Complete necessary training and certifications.
4. Sales Techniques:
   1. Follow company policies and support loss prevention.
   2. Perform additional duties as assigned.
