Framebridge in Winnetka is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted on-floor leader, you will handle key-holding responsibilities while delivering the Framebridge experience that keeps customers coming back.

This role reports to the Store Manager and supports the team. You will maintain brand standards, onboard and train team members, manage operations to meet customer experience and financial goals, and work

Responsibilities

• As a Keyholder, set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge on the floor.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgement.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.

The Role

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

As a Keyholder, You Will

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members

Who You Are

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information

The base range is $18 – $18 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
