The Role We’re seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you’ll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

As a Keyholder, You Will:

• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis: Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift) Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Salary Information: The base range is $19 – $19 per hour. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
