Framebridge is hiring a part-time Retail Keyholder to uphold our high standards in store guest experience and brand representation. You will lead onboarding for new team members, manage daily operations, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service and design guidance.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, design-minded, and comfortable working evenings and weekends. This role supports Framebridge stores with a commitment to happiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.

• Execute and improve operating activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgement.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.

As a Retail Keyholder of Framebridge you will:

Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted hourly range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Framebridge may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.
