Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

  • Creates a positive customer experience both internally and externally
  • Promotes honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Participates in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles
  • Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensures tasks are completed according to store plans; prioritizes as needed
  • Communicates effectively with management and team members about priorities and progress
  • Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partners with Management on training needs to enhance effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  • Supports store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Maintains a safe environment by promoting safety awareness
  • Performs other duties as assigned
