Job summary

Circuit of The Americas LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager, Park Retail Operations to drive daily operations of COTALAND's retail locations in a fast-paced environment in Austin, TX. You will lead Team Leads and Retail Associates, ensure top-notch guest service, and execute merchandising plans during events and peak periods.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with park departments, and maintaining high standards in inventory, cash handling, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to supervise Team Leads and Retail Associates.
• Experience with merchandising, displays, and inventory.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Manager with daily operation of assigned retail merchandise locations.
• Supervise, coach, and support Team Leads and Retail Associates to ensure excellent guest service and operational consistency.
• Help execute merchandising plans, product placement, promotional displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving revenue and operational goals.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with cash handling policies and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and daily staffing assignments to meet business needs.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new retail team members.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development for frontline employees.
• Serve as the acting leader during assigned shifts and provide operational support in the absence of the Retail Manager.
• Partner with Warehouse, Safety, and other park departments to support daily operations and special events.
• Assist with seasonal store setups, merchandise launches, inventory projects, and event preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready retail locations while ensuring all safety and company standards are followed.
