Job summary

Circuit of The Americas LLC (COTA) is hiring for CREW Members to support opening operations at COTALAND theme park in Austin, TX. As a MERCHANDISE ATTENDANT, you will assist guests, run registers and games, stock products, and maintain a sharp, guest-ready retail area.

Roles start at $16 per hour with both full-time and part-time hours. The position is on-site and offers perks such as free park admission, employee discounts, and access to racing event tickets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
• The noise level can be loud during events.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding merchandise and products.
• Run registers and games, stock inventory, and keep areas guest-ready.
• Help maintain tidiness and stock levels across stores and game locations.
• Participate in rehearsals and events setup.
