Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX, seeks an Assistant Manager, Park Retail Operations to lead daily retail activities across COTALAND and arena shops. You will guide store teams, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during events and peak periods.

The role partners with the Retail Manager to drive sales initiatives, manage staffing, and maintain operational excellence across merchandising locations at a premier entertainment complex.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume retail or guest service.
• Experience with inventory control and cash management.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager with daily operation of assigned retail merchandise locations.
• Supervise and coach Team Leads and Retail Associates to ensure guest service and operational consistency.
• Execute merchandising plans, product placement, and visual displays.
• Monitor daily sales and assist in achieving revenue goals.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, transfers, and accuracy.
• Support loss prevention and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and daily staffing.
