Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone. You will determine needs, present products, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, and staying up-to-date on product features and promotions. Prior retail or paint-related experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and sales.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product recommendations.
