Job summary

Watson’s Chocolates in Western New York is seeking a Retail Packaging Coordinator to manage the packaging line and daily schedules. This hands-on role focuses on accuracy and quality to ensure every item leaves the facility correctly.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment across multiple packaging steps, coordinating with team members to keep production on track and shipments timely. Prior packaging or manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work hands-on in a busy setting.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
