Colson Group Retail is seeking an Outbound Coordinator to join our Distribution team in Phoenix. The role manages products from receiving to stocking and shipping, compiles reports, coordinates orders, and supports warehouse operations.

You will print and assign pick tickets daily, monitor shipments, schedule routings, and ensure on-time delivery. We value strong communication, teamwork, and a detail-oriented approach; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and request shipping routings.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Schedule labeling for off-price market orders.
• Plan and prioritize past-due and upcoming orders.
• Process group orders efficiently.
• Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders.
• Check status of past-due orders and expedite inventory as needed.
• Run metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Track and address missed shipments.
• Meet shipping, routing, and timeline requirements.
• Adhere to organizational policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
