Job summary

Colson Group Retail is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Coordinator to oversee shipping, receiving, and stocking processes, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate reports. You will print and assign pick tickets daily and coordinate merchandise orders across the warehouse.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse or manufacturing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and request shipping routings.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Label off-price market orders.
• Plan and prioritize past-due and upcoming orders.
• Process group orders efficiently.
• Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders.
• Check the status of past-due orders and expedite inventory where necessary.
• Run metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Track and address missed shipments.
• Meet shipping, routing, and timeline requirements.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
