Job summary

AMIRI in The Mall at Short Hills, NJ is seeking an organized Operations Supervisor for its retail store to manage receiving, stocking, and inventory control. You will partner with Store Management to oversee back-of-house processes and ensure accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include shipping and receiving, stock counts, order fulfillment, maintaining a clean stockroom, and supporting sales colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 2+ years prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including sales associates and managers, to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
• Keyholder; opening & closing procedures.
