• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 2+ years prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Receive shipments of merchandise and verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and work areas with attention to safety.
• Assist sales team with locating products or answering product-related questions.
• Collaborate with store staff and managers to maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
• Adhere to company policies on inventory management and safety protocols.
• Perform keyholder duties, opening and closing procedures.
