Job summary

AMIRI is seeking an organized Operations Supervisor for its Las Vegas retail location (Wynn). The role oversees receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory, working with the Operations Manager to manage BOH processes and ensure accurate stock levels.

Key duties include receiving shipments, counting inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a safe, clean stockroom. The candidate should have 2+ years in retail, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a similar retail role.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and reconcile inventory.
• Send Sales: pick/pack/ship orders to fulfill customers.
• Maintain clean stockroom and work areas; ensure safety.
• Assist Sales Team with locating products and answering questions.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a productive environment.
• Adhere to company inventory and safety policies.
• Keyholder duties: opening and closing procedures.
