Sephora Winston-Salem is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily operations, inventory management and merchandising, ensuring an outstanding client experience. This position demands reliability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help with stock replenishment, event setups, and maintaining Sephora brand standards while collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and create a welcoming, inclusive shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail/guest-focused role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Commitment to outstanding client service and communication.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
