Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in achieving retail goals.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and Apple devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipment and replenishment using Ulta Beauty’s systems and best practices.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
