Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandise replenishment, cleanliness, and guest service. The role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance targets and uphold procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of relevant experience; must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficient with POS and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
