Ulta Beauty seeks a Task Associate to support store operations, keeping fixtures stocked and the store clean while assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. You will help ensure product availability and execute merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures with attention to detail.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standards, and the ability to work flexible shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
