Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Roswell, NM is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence, keeping fixtures stocked, the store clean, and tasks completed to support a memorable guest experience.

You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, inventory, replenishment, displays, and loss prevention while delivering friendly service and teamwork. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets and provide guest service.
