Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in executing procedures and standards.

Key duties include replenishment, inventory procedures, planograms, and loss prevention best practices while maintaining a positive guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Provide excellent guest service and support to teammates.
