Job summary

Sephora in Miami is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment while coaching teammates to excel. You’ll ensure operational standards are met and support an exceptional client experience.

You’ll lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance, partner with the team on service goals, develop people, and promote inclusivity. Lifting up to 50 pounds and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams toward goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
