Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate in Phoenix to be the backbone of store operations, managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of presentation and process. This role supports the client experience and helps the team meet sales goals.

You will assist with visual merchandising, ensure promotions are accurately executed, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment while adhering to Sephora standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
