Job summary

Sephora Malibu is seeking an Operations Associate to keep store operations smooth, from inventory management to visual merchandising. You’ll support daily tasks, uphold Sephora standards, and help deliver outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

This part-time role requires 1–2 years in retail or similar customer-focused environments, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
