Job summary

Sephora's CA-Century City store in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Associate for part-time, hourly work. You will support daily operations, manage inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain Sephora's standards.

You will assist with visual merchandising, deliver exceptional service, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role requires 1-2 years of retail or client-focused experience and strong organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
